About ME

I’m Nicole Flower. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I do what I do.

After working in Human Resources for over fifteen years, I knew my life was meant for more. I am most passionate about creating meaningful connections with people and helping them achieve their goals, which inspired me to become a certified coach. 

I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential holder. I am an ICF Community of Practice Leader. Previously, served as a Global Ambassador for ICF. 

I completed the ACT Leadership & Performance Coaching Certificate at the Brown University School of Professional Studies. Additionally, I completed a Mother-Daughter coaching course and a Women’s Empowerment Group Facilitation course through Mother-Daughter Coaching International.

I also have a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Northern Kentucky University, and a Human Services Certificate from Cincinnati State.
